Just received the interchangeable pendant set and since it does not have any reviews as of now and the item is so unusual I will try to give a very detailed review as I wish one was posted when I made the purchase. Packaging: The box is nice and large almost the size of a VHS tape and it carries the pendant with all 12 additional stones. It looks expensive and very different from regular jewelry. It will make for a very impressive gift. Quality: I am no expert but the pendant looks very well made. Nice detail work on back and side chain is a little thin but looks well made too. Additional birthstones included are large brilliant and have nice colors. How it works: The back of the pendant pulls open the stone comes out and you put a different stone in. Simple and easy. A small rubber ring was sitting in the back of the stone but I don't know if you really need to use it as the stone sits well without it. A small tool came in the box to pull the back open but I just do it with my finger. If the stone does not sit straight down you need to re-adjust it in order for the back to close properly. Overall switching the stone is pretty easy and quick. Lifetime Warranty: Good to know you get one with the pendant just in case. Bonus: You can't possibly mess up. Purchasing jewelry I always had a problem guessing what color stone she may want or need....now I can't possibly mess up as she can choose what color to wear herself. Conclusion: This is a great idea. The price is comparable to a regular pendant but you get 12 pendants instead of just one. Stones can change in color to match her mood or outfit. Presentation is really good and it will make for a very good gift. I purchased 2 different sets ad I am very happy with what I got. Hope this helps.
