Rhodolites are very pretty. Took quite some time to ship and I did not get any notification that they shipped. 2 out of 3 calls left me feeling like I was disturbing the person who answered the call - very unfriendly. They didn't bother to return my first call when I had a question. Although I'm happy with the earrings I most likely will not buy from this place again. The 3 stars is due to poor customer service.

We did address all of customer questions including shipping confirmation via email, please make sure to check your email including spam folder. Product clearly marked as 3 to5 business days to ship, order was placed on 1/16 and shipped on 1/22, we shipped on the forth business day.
