Elegance abounds at the 2014 ESPY Awards

There's no event in Hollywood quite like the ESPY Awards. Presented by ESPN, these accolades are meant to recognize individuals for athletic achievements and sports-related feats from the previous year. Though the ESPYs were only introduced in 1993, they have quickly become a much-anticipated annual event. With a light and relaxed atmosphere, a slew of comedic sketches and an impressive list of attendees, this star-studded affair never fails to keep viewers entertained – sports fans or not. Since award winners are chosen by fans' votes, it's an especially exciting occasion to watch.

This year was no different for the ESPYs, with a number of A-listers flocking to the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles for the show. From NASCAR drivers to hit musicians, the red carpet was brimming with some of the most talented people in a range of industries. Tennis pros were rubbing elbows with Hollywood actors, and rappers were stopping to pose for photos with Super Bowl champions. The highlight, though, were the fashion choices.

When you're looking for a little style inspiration, take a cue from these stars, who certainly stole the show. Then peruse the selections at Fine Jewelers to emulate their ensembles.

Chrissy Teigen
Sometimes it pays off to take a risk attire-wise. Teigen proved this when she showed up sporting a cream colored jumpsuit with a jaw-dropping plunging neckline and built-in bow belt. The selection was unexpected, and it certainly stood out in a sea of gowns and cocktail dresses. The supermodel was smart about her accessories, donning just a pair of simple studs and an oversized glitzy gold cocktail ring to add a subtle glamorous touch.

Pop on the simple 14k Yellow Gold 6mm Ball Earrings with a bold outfit choice – they offer just enough glimmer without overpowering the look.

Jessica Szohr
All eyes were on Szohr when she stepped onto the red carpet, and for good reason. The former "Gossip Girl" star rocked a tiny gray crop top and a high-waisted pencil skirt with an abstract floral pattern and platform strappy shoes for a fashion-forward combo. The ensemble was unexpected, and struck a compromise between sporty and feminine. Szohr stuck with minimal jewelry, opting for an enormous gold ring and a delicate pendant around her neck.

When you're wearing an outfit with bold prints and colors, layer on the 14K Yellow Gold Three Multi Color Charms on an 18 Inch Chain, which adds a whimsical touch while also bringing balance to all the disparate elements.

Maria Sharapova
What's a foolproof way to look chic? A little black dress, of course. Maria Sharapova showed up in a sultry midnight minidress with a bustier bodice, pleated skirt and see-through sleeves, which definitely attracted some admiring stares. To amp up the drama even further, she wore intricate black pumps, a textured metal clutch and eye-catching black drop earrings.

Take a cue from the Russian tennis star and accessorize with black next time you're rocking an LBD. The Noah Philippe Simulated Black Onyx Oval Hoop Earrings make an alluring statement, even with the simplest dress.

Iggy Azalea
There's no doubt about it: Azalea is fancy, and her ESPYs ensemble is solid proof. The Australian rapper was elegant as ever in a floor-length one-shouldered black gown with a thigh-high slit. Her nude pumps and polished hairdo gave the whole look a sophisticated feel. The only baubles she needed were a few gold rings and bangles, which offered a glamorous touch.

Layer several of the 18K Yellow Gold Plated Silver Bangles when you're going for the same grown-up vibe. They pop nicely against a black sleeve, and you can build up as many as you desire depending on the effect you're going for.
