How long before my selection will ship?

We state shipping times for all items on sale on FineJewelers.com. This shipping time represents the number of business days (Monday-Friday) required before each item is ready for shipping. (For overnight items you need to select from our overnight delivery section)

Please keep in mind that shipping time does not represent your actual delivery date. Your delivery date will depend on the additional delivery time required by the shipping method you have selected. If we receive an unusual volume of orders on a particular item, this item may go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. In this case we will notify you personally with the new shipping date and you can choose to wait or select a different item.

We will notify you personally in case of any delays from the stated shipping time. Custom ring sizes and alternate metals may cause a delay in your shipping time.

Orders placed during our summer vacation (July 1 through July 14th) or Christmas vacation (December 26th through January 5th) may be delayed for up to two weeks, and we will notify you of the new shipping time.

If you have any particular date your item has to be delivered by, please submit it in "Order Comments and Requests" after check out, and we will contact you only in case we will not be able to meet the deadline.

How long is my coupon good for ?

Do I still get my 30 day return policy if choose a non-standard size?

You always get a 30 day return policy on all jewelry when you select one of our slandered sizes. When selecting a “Custom Size” from our size choices, you will be prompted for any restocking fee and extra charges that might be applied.

When will you charge my credit card?

Your credit card is not charged until we ship the merchandise. At the time you submit your order your credit card is processed in real time for an authorization number which is valid for 30 days. At the time we ship your selection we post the authorization number against your account and at that time your card issuer will transfer the funds into our account.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds payable by wire transfer or a cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank. Dependent upon your country of origin, there may be additional customs duty or VAT fees due. The purchaser is responsible for any fees that may be incurred. Customs policies are different from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for additional information. During the checkout process you will be given the proper information to complete your order.

Can you explain your layaway plan ?
