Stars dare to draw stares at Paris couture fashion week

At Paris fashion week, Hollywood celebs decided to take risks with their ensembles and accessories. Some were arguably a little too daring – Jennifer Lawrence, the face of Miss Dior handbags, sat front row at Dior's show in an unexpected combo of pink crop top and voluminous black and blue trousers. Others, on the other hand, were just the right balance of chic and edgy. These starlets showed that it's possible to emanate French elegance while still adding a unique twist with classic pieces like those from fine jewelers.

Kristen Stewart
Stewart donned Chanel's iconic tweed jacket for the designer's haute couture show, but made it her own. Paired with teeny black shorts, black motorcycle gloves, T-strap pumps and tough gunmetal bracelets, she managed to offer a different spin on the timeless look. Her bracelets were the perfect finishing touch, strategically placed high on her arm, wrist and low slung onto her gloves. The ensemble was both clean and deconstructed, and a perfect time for her to reveal a new tattoo. E! Online reported that not only was Paris Fashion Week her first public appearance since her breakup with Robert Pattinson, but she also showed off her latest ink design. According to the source, the tattoo, which Stewart got in Nashville while on a cross-country road trip with her friends, is a tiny infinity symbol in black ink on the inside of her right wrist.

You can copy Stewart's look easily by buying metal bangles in a variety of sizes to wear on different parts of your arm. Show them off with a strapless dress or even a tank and tailored trousers.

The singer stunned attendees at the Chanel show with her brazen floor length button down, which she donned with nothing underneath and cap-toe pointy heels. She accessorized with layers upon layers of pearls, which made a very shocking ensemble somehow more ladylike. The shirtdress was from Chanel's cruise collection.

While not everyone is as bold as Rihanna, you can still put pearls in a different context for a totally different look. By layering different sized strands with a low cut blouse or a leather miniskirt, these baubles make a whole new statement.

Julianne Hough
At the Georges Hobeika couture show, the 24-year old actress sported a cobalt blue jumpsuit by the designer with a plunging neckline and sheer mesh paneling. Her jewelry was minimal, except for a sparkly ring that matched the blue hue of her romper.

"I love wearing Georges Hobeika," she told JustJared at the show. "I always feel so glamorous and elegant in his dresses and yet in the same breathe there is a sexiness and playfulness to his designs. The pastel palette is so chic and girly and the silhouettes are so strong. Big thumbs up for this collection!"

Take a cue from Hough with aquamarine rings or blue topaz rings, which are the perfect color going into summer.

With a right attitude, anyone can exude fearless style without going over the edge.
