Carrie Underwood was one of the many starlets who opted for intricate beading on their dresses, but she was one of the few who rocked a bold color. According to People Magazine, the starlet donned a bright purple beaded gown, which she paired with a gold clutch and rose gold chandelier earrings. She left her blonde locks down in loose waves.
Even though Underwood lost Favorite Country Female to Taylor Swift, the starlet was still a winner that night. She went home with Favorite Country Album for "Blown Away," and she was absolutely thrilled, The Hollywood Gossip reports.
"This means so much to me because I really am so very proud of this album," Underwood said to the audience. "I'd like to thank God for giving me the love for music and inspiration to make this album and for giving me the most amazing fans in the entire universe. I couldn't love my life any more than I do right now."
Underwood also performed during the awards, debuting her new single, "Two Black Cadillacs," the media outlet reports.
